4. AC will not be operated while the vehicle is parked or waiting at pickup points, sightseeing spots, or any other stationary locations. Continuous use of AC when idle is not permitted.

5. Luggage carriers are not provided for sedans or SUVs. They are available only for vehicles with seating capacity above 12 passengers.

6. The vehicle’s speed and route are determined by road, weather, and traffic conditions. Customers are requested not to pressurize the driver to overspeed or deviate from safe driving practices.

7. Additional charges will apply if the vehicle is used beyond the agreed itinerary, route, or time duration.

8. Misuse or mishandling of the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or additional charges.

9. Prices are subject to change due to fuel price revisions, strikes, government regulations, or other external factors before or during the trip.

10. All quotations are based on current operational costs and may vary if expenses such as fuel, tolls, or permits increase.
