1. Air conditioning (AC) will be turned off on ghat roads such as Tirumala for safety reasons and to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
2. The company is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen valuables during the journey. Passengers are advised to keep their belongings secure at all times.
3. In the event of roadblocks, security barricades, or protective measures implemented by authorities, there may be delays in pickup times. The pickup point may also be shifted to a nearby alternate location to ensure smooth and safe travel.
4. AC will not be operated while the vehicle is parked or waiting at pickup points, sightseeing spots, or any other stationary locations. Continuous use of AC when idle is not permitted.
5. Luggage carriers are not provided for sedans or SUVs. They are available only for vehicles with seating capacity above 12 passengers.
6. The vehicle’s speed and route are determined by road, weather, and traffic conditions. Customers are requested not to pressurize the driver to overspeed or deviate from safe driving practices.
7. Additional charges will apply if the vehicle is used beyond the agreed itinerary, route, or time duration.
8. Misuse or mishandling of the vehicle is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or additional charges.
