TTD medical darshan booking requires valid medical certificates and doctor recommendations. This compassionate initiative ensures that devotees facing health challenges can comfortably worship at Tirumala without compromising their medical conditions or recovery process.
Reporting Time & Place for TTD Medical Darshan
Timing Details:
- Reporting Time: 1:00 PM
- Darshan Time: 3:00 PM
- Reporting Place: Senior Citizen Complex (Near Supatham Entrance)
TTD Medical Darshan Process: Devotees with eligible medical conditions must report at the Senior Citizen Complex by 1:00 PM for verification of medical documents. After successful verification, pilgrims will be provided with special darshan tokens for the 3:00 PM slot.
Important Instructions:
- Arrive at Senior Citizen Complex by 1:00 PM sharp
- Carry original medical certificates and doctor recommendations
- Attendants (maximum 2) can accompany the patient
- TTD medical darshan is completely free of charge
- Late arrivals may not be accommodated in the same day slot
Location: The Senior Citizen Complex is conveniently located near Supatham Entrance for easy accessibility, especially for patients with mobility issues or those requiring wheelchair assistance during TTD medical darshan.
TTD Medical Darshan tickets in Tirumala are issued only through online mode via advance reservation.
Devotees can book TTD medical darshan tickets only when the monthly quota is released by TTD. Tickets are not issued on a daily basis.

- Pilgrims having any of the specified medical conditions mentioned above are only eligible to apply.
- While applying for darshan, you must upload the Medical Certificate issued by the concerned Surgeon/Specialist.
- Only a spouse is allowed as an attendant.
- Uploaded medical certificate(s) will be validated thoroughly during reporting time.
- Once this privilege darshan is availed, you can get the next darshan only after 90 days.
- If any deviations are identified, pilgrims will not be allowed for darshan under any circumstances.
- TTD management is authorized to cancel the booking tickets if any discrepancy is found.
