Service Hours Policy for One-Day Packages

For optimal service, our one-day package hours span from 5 am to 10 pm. Should your journey exceed these hours, additional charges will apply. If your trip extends past 10 pm, an extra driver bata will be incurred based on your selected package.

Confirmation of Reservation

Payment and Pricing

Tirupati Special Entry Rs.300/- Tickets

In accordance with TTD (Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams) regulations, Tirupati Special Entry Rs.300/- tickets are non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, the car rental fee will be reimbursed based on the customer's payment.

Cancellation 24 Hours Prior

Should you opt to cancel the package at least 24 hours before the scheduled trip, please note that the ticket cost will not be refunded. However, the car rental fee will be reimbursed in accordance with the amount paid by the customer.

Late Cancellation Policy After Driver and Car Details Sent

If a cancellation occurs after the driver and car details have been sent, or if cancellation information is provided very late, regrettably, no refund will be issued.
