Please note that Tirupati Balaji Tours Travels has a strict no-refund policy. Any amount paid for bookings, including but not limited to tours, transportation, and accommodation, is non-refundable.
This policy applies to all bookings, regardless of the reason for cancellation or non-participation, including but not limited to:
- Change of plans
- Illness
- Unexpected circumstances
- Failure to arrive on time
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. However, due to the nature of our service-based offerings and the pre-arrangements involved in organizing your travel, we are unable to process any refunds.
Cancellations
While we do not offer refunds, if you wish to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. This will help us manage our arrangements effectively. However, please be aware that cancellation will not result in any refund of the amount paid.
Modifications
Requests for modifications to your booking (e.g., changes in dates, number of participants) may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to availability and additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to inquire about modifications. Please note that modifications are not guaranteed and may not always be possible.
